Deadline for payments will be Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 2p.m., failure to pay on the deadline date and time will be banned permanently at our future auctions, and credit card on file will be charged 15% Buyer’s Fee in the amount of the items purchased.

Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may avoid any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items/lots that we’re affected by any malfunction.
The decision of the Auctioneer is final.

WITHIN ANCHORAGE AREA FOR EACH VEHICLE PURCHASED.

Contents in the vehicles are not included in the sale, vehicle owner/s have until 5:00pm on the day of the sale date to retrieve their belongings. Winning bidder/s is buying the vehicle NOT the contents in the vehicle.

•Ending Time:
All items will start ending at 7p.m. Alaska Time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 5 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 5 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids, once extended auction will extended after each bid.
