All unit “SOLD AS IS WHERE IS” with no warranties.
Items may be added or deleted without prior notice.
Viewers will access the yard through a gate to avoid unnecessary contact with Vulcan Employee.
Viewers will not be able to access the interior of the vehicles
All cars must be paid for by 2p.m. December 4, 2021.
Forms of Payments: (CASH ONLY) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE UPON AUCTIONEERS APPROVAL.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium when paid with Cash.
There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium when paid with Credit Card.
If there are any discrepancies on paperwork, winning bidder must get a Surety Bond to get the vehicle titled.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Deadline for payments will be Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2p.m., failure to pay on the deadline date and time will be banned permanently at our future auctions, and credit card on file will be charged 15% Buyer’s Fee in the amount of the items purchased.
Technical Problems. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may avoid any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items/lots that we’re affected by any malfunction.
The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
NOTE:
SOME RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED BY THE STATE OF ALASKA, BUT AS PER VULCAN TOWING MANAGEMENT WE WILL STILL FOLLOW THE SAME RESTRICTIONS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS, ALL SOLD VEHICLES WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO THE WINNING BIDDERS/PURCHASER AND WILL BE CHARGED AT MANDATORY TOWING FEE OF $33 (STANDARD SIDE VEHICLES ONLY!) WITHIN ANCHORAGE AREA FOR EACH VEHICLE PURCHASED.

•Ending Time:
All items will start ending at 12p.m. Alaska Time. Also the Auto Extend feature applies to all online auctions. Auto Extend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 5 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the Auto Extended feature for 5 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids, once extended auction will extended after each bid.
