All unit “SOLD AS IS WHERE IS” and the Seller makes no express or implied warranties as to the odometer, condition or performance of the Vehicle.

Items may be added or deleted without prior notice.

Viewers will access the yard through a gate to avoid unnecessary contact with Vulcan Employee.

Viewers will not be able to access the interior of the vehicles.

All cars must be paid for by 2p.m. the following day after the auction, mostly fall on Saturdays

All SALES are final and no refunds nor exemptions.

Contents in the vehicles are not included in the sale, vehicle owner/s have until 5:00pm on the day of the sale date to retrieve their belongings. Winning bidder/s is buying the vehicle NOT the contents in the vehicle. 

Please inspect property before bidding.

Winning bidders will be notified by phone & e-mail soon after closure of auction. If you don't receive an e-mail check your junk/spam folder or call/text 907-575-0005

•Ending Time:
All items will start ending at 7p.m. Alaska Time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 5 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 5 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids, once extended auction will extended after each bid.

Technical Problems. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.

The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may avoid any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items/lots that we’re affected by any malfunction.

The decision of the Auctioneer is final.

Note: 15% Buyer's Fee, 20% Buyer's Non-Payment Fee and 2% Processing Fee.

** Starting September 1st, 2024, we will be imposing new terms and conditions for our auction site. Please read carefully, as fees have changed and new fees have been applied. Each invoice will now include a 2% Processing fee. **

Tow Fees:  $40.00 Mandatory Towing Fee Standard size, $240.00 for Medium Tow and for Heavy Tow starts $396.00 (Anchorage only, for outside of Anchorage bowl contact Vulcan Towing & Recovery at 907-349-8697 for quote.)

VULCAN TOWING & RECOVERY AUCTION VEHICLE DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED THE SAME DAY, DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY IS THURSDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

*** FAILURE TO PAY ON THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY AT OUR FUTURE AUCTIONS & CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 20% BUYER'S PREMIUM IN THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS PURCHASED, OR IF WISHED TO PAY AFTER THE DEADLINE DUE TO AN AVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AN $85 STORAGE FEE FOR EACH VEHICLE WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE***
