All goods are sold AS IS, WHEREIS, without express or implied warranties and without recourse against auctioneer or the seller. There is no guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Bidders are responsible for the security of their purchases immediately after the award is made.
Removal:
The buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading and associated costs. Bidder’s failure to inspect goods will not constitute grounds for any claim for damages, adjustment, cancellation of purchase or any other remedy." Neither the auctioneers nor the sellers give any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. All items is being sold unwarranted in an "as is" and "where is" condition. Buyer needs to contact auctioneer to schedule removal time and date. Items must be picked up and removed from its location within ten days--or sooner--following the completion of the auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both seller/consignor and auctioneer against any damage caused by acts of the buyer and/or his agents. Auctioneer is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the buyer. $25 Per Day Storage Fee Applies on all items remaining after the posted removal deadline.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required within 2 Business days after auction's conclusion. Cash, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) business checks accepted with auctioneer pre-approval, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, and bank wire transfers. Payments can be made in person at our Eagle River Office. In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, AKSURPLUS.COM/DAC may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
Bidding Terms:
An On-Line/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. Buyers' fee percentage is determined by actual amount of the final accepted high bid.
