Most of the vehicles we sell are impounded vehicles.
The previous owner has until Friday at 4:30 PM (Alaska Time) to collect any personal belongings from the vehicle.
π Buyers can only view vehicles on Fridays from 11:00 AM β 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, vehicles are no longer accessible to buyers under any circumstances.
π¦ Please note: belongings may still be removed by the previous owner until 4:30 PM. This is out of our control β we are only contracted to sell the vehicles and do not manage the impound process or owner retrieval rights.
π‘ Important: The bidder is purchasing the vehicle only β not any personal property inside it. Any items left at the time of sale are not guaranteed and not included in the sale.
Title Status
It is the buyerβs responsibility to verify vehicle status (Clean or Reconstructed Title) through Carfax or other sources.

π¦ Personal Belongings Policy
All vehicles sold through this auction are impounded vehicles. The previous registered owner has until Friday at 4:30 PM (Alaska Time) to retrieve any personal belongings from the vehicle.

The Auctioneer cannot and will not be held responsible for any interruptions in service, errors, or omissions caused by any means.
Auctions are conducted electronically and rely on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
The Auctioneer, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, or re-sell any items/lots affected by a malfunction.
All decisions made by the Auctioneer are final.

It is the buyerβs responsibility to verify the vehicleβs status through Carfax (or a similar service) to confirm whether it holds a Clean Title or a Reconstructed Title before bidding or completing a purchase.
π Towing Policy & Safety Notice
Please note: Although some state restrictions have been lifted, Vulcan Towing Management will continue following the same safety procedures to protect employees and customers.
All sold vehicles will be transported to the winning bidder/purchaser.
Mandatory towing fee of $70 (standard-size vehicles only) within the Anchorage area will apply per vehicle purchased.
Medium duty tow: $240
Heavy duty tow: $396

π Auction Closing & Bidding Rules
All items will begin closing at 7:00 PM Alaska Time.
The AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. If a new bid is placed within the last 5 minutes before closing, the auction will extend for an additional 5 minutes. Each new bid placed within this window will continue to extend the auction by 5 minutes. This prevents last-minute βsnipingβ and ensures fair bidding.

The Auctioneer is not responsible for any service interruptions, errors, or technical issues.
This auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to void any sale, pause bidding, or re-sell any item affected by a technical issue.
All decisions made by the Auctioneer are final.
